Erin’s Surrogacy Story
Kimberly’s Surrogacy Story

The hurdles appeared in Kimberly’s path but she refused to let them stop her on the mission to help this family. Ashley’s Surrogacy Story
Carol’s in Europe, Breann is in Ridgecrest for Kimberly’s delivery when Breann’s phone rings. Ashley says she is in labor. Not possible! Jennifer’s Surrogacy Story
It has been said that time can affect the outcome of a situation, for the better or the worse. In a twin pregnancy, the best situation is stay pregnant as long as possible. Jennifer had a very complicated pregnancy, but she kept her spirits up even as she made the hospital her home. But seeing the two healthy babies now, she knows that all of her efforts and sacrifices were worth it!! Jennifer’s mission came to a successful end on May 5, 2014!
Racheal’s Surrogacy Story
One frozen embryo in San Jose, waiting for Racheal. So much planning for this one little guy, but he was definitely worth it!! After Racheal arranged for her daughters to attend her families’ reunion in another state that she has never missed, she went to San Jose for the embryo transfer. Her family was super supportive of the reason she would not be attending this year. So many positive vibes were sent to Racheal after the embryo transfer, it was impossible to not have success! Then another trip to San Jose for the baby shower! Then finally on April 30, 2014, a beautiful baby boy was born weighing a perfect 8lbs 2oz. And the last trip was to show off this cutie pie to Dr. Deb Wachs with Reproductive Science Center who originally brought us all together.
Trip to Spain June 2014
Carol’s visit to Madrid in February was very successful! However, there was not enough time to meet with all of the professionals and Couples who were interested in the Building Families Surrogacy Program. So, Carol’s next trip in June will be twice as long!
“Spending more time in Spain means helping more Couples realize they can reach their goal of parenthood. And the bonus is that I get to spend more time with the families we helped to build over the past two decades throughout Europe”, says Carol Weathers.
Visits to Madrid and Barcelona will be made between June 6 and 27, 2014. Although Carol’s itinerary is not yet set, Carol is accepting inquiries via the online contact form for Intended Parents.
Carol Weathers is the director of Building Families, Inc,. a comprehensive Gestational Surrogacy Program based in Southern California. Building Families offers the highest level of personal attention to the Intended Parents and the Surrogate Mothers. If you are interested in a meeting, please click here to fill out our form.
Welcome to the world
Rochelle’s Surrogacy Story
Rochelle’s Couple arrived in week 35 of the pregnancy expecting to find an apartment, buy baby items and prepare for their twin girls’ arrival. They looked for a solid week and found nothing! So, finally, on March 10th, Carol met them in Dana Point and told them they would not stop until they had an apartment rental as Rochelle could deliver at any moment. Little did they know that Rochelle was at home timing contractions! Fortunately, the first apartment they saw was perfect! They decided to move in the next day so they could spend the day shopping. But that was not going to happen. Rochelle arrived to the hospital and although it took a bit of time to convince the nurse she was in labor because Rochelle is sooooo calm, she eventually confirmed Sofia and Patricia would be arriving soon. So, a few hours later, the gorgeous gals arrived weighing 5lb 10oz and 6lb 5oz, respectively. Way to go Rochelle!!!
