She did it!! Selena made a special Couple’s dreams come true. This was Selena at her last appointment less than a week before her delivery. Stay tuned in the coming days as we will post more pics of the new addition to this world all thanks to this brave young woman!
Baby Boy for Selena’s Couple!! He weighed in at a perfect 7lb 11oz on August 1st!!
Like most deliveries, the labor started in the middle of the night. There would be no sleep that night for anyone and unfortunately, Selena’s labor turned into a marathon ensuring there would be no rest the following day either. After more than 15 hours of labor, Selena brought a beautiful baby boy into this world and into his parent’s awaiting arms. We are in awe of Selena’s strength and of course, for her efforts in making a difference in this world. Yay!!
Everything is going doubly well for Annie and the twins she is carrying. Lovely to see her smile!!
Countdown for Selena!! She is 3 cm dilated and has Villarosa Daniel MD on speed dial. We are all waiting patiently… NOT!! Come on Selena!!! LOL!!
One day before her due date!! Genette surprised everyone with an evening call that her water broke. Carol was already in San Diego so she actually arrived to the hospital before everyone. Genette gifted her Couple with a beautiful baby girl at 10:10pm. Congratulations to all!!!!
Positive vibes to Nancy & her Couple for a positive result tomorrow!! Fingers and toes are crossed until we get the good news!! Thanks to Dr. Frederick and her team at HRC Fertility Orange County/San Diego for all their support and for making everyone feel like part of their family.

Genette’s labor & delivery was definitely like an episode from your favorite TV show! When it seemed no more progress would be made and alternatives were being discussed to deliver the baby girl, Genette decided otherwise. As she was entering the OR, she told the nurse she needed to push. Everyone thought it was impossible as she was only dilated to 6 cm moments before, but the doctor knowing Genette decided to heed her word. She immediately put on her gloves, checked her and delivered her all in a matter of minutes. This sweet baby girl made her entrance on July 19, 2017 at 10:10pm!!

No, they didn’t eat the whole thing….or at least that’s our story and we’re sticking with it. Spirit River Cafe seems to exceed our expectations with every visit when it comes to quantity and yumminess!! Thanks Randi, Meghan & Selena for joining me for breakfast. As always, it was a hoot!
