Desde 1991, Building Families está dedicada a ayudarle a crear la familia de sus sueños a través de la Gestación Subrogada. Mantenemos sólidas relaciones profesionales con los mejores Médicos FIV de EEUU y Europa desde hace más de 25 años, durante los cuales hemos sido protagonistas y testigos del desarrollo de esta forma tan especial de ser padres y madres. Como resultado, nuestro equipo de dirección ha desarrollado un visión única e integradora de las necesidades de todas las partes que participan en el maravilloso viaje de ser Padres a través de la Gestación Subrogada.

Carol Weathers ha estado facilitando acuerdos de subrogación desde 1991. Carol es la propietaria, fundadora y directora de programas de Building Families, Inc. Ella es el primer contacto para los futuros padres cuando comienzan su experiencia en el proceso de subrogación. Además de su papel en Building Families, Inc. es miembro fundador de Reproductive Alliance, Inc. una organización de acreditación para agencias de subrogación.

Gerente del programa

Randi Caporale tiene dos papeles en Building Families, Inc.: ayudando a las candidatas a Gestante Subrogada y supervisando su trayectoria desde la concepción hasta el parto. Su experiencia personal como Gestante Subrogada en varias ocasiones desde 2007 a 2020 le ha dado tanto la perspectiva como el conocimiento para hacer este trabajo con todas las garantías.

Administración de casos

Shannon proporciona atención personal y contínua a las nuevas madres subrogadas, especialmente cuando comienzan el tratamiento médico. Así, conseguimos que esta fase, de vital importancia para el resto de proceso, tenga mayores probabilidades de éxito. Finalmente, Shannon fue madre subrogada de hermosos gemelos 2008, de una preciosa niña en 2011 y otra en 2013.

International IP Coordinator

Eva Maria first came to us, all the way from Sweden, in 2016 when she and her husband, Lars, began their journey to parenthood through surrogacy. Together they welcomed their first daughter through our program in 2018. Their journey was so wonderful that they decided to come back again for a second journey and thus became a family of four in 2021. While her professional endeavors lie mostly in sustainable and effective supply chain logistics, her heart is firmly vested in helping others build the family of their dreams. She has made it a passion of hers to advocate for those struggling with infertility and searching for surrogacy solutions in Sweden. We are grateful to have Eva Maria on our team and operating our Building Families, Inc. office in Sweden.

Social Media Manager

Christine is the Social Media Manager for Building Families Inc. Not only does she have over a decade of social media and marketing experience, but she is also a two-time Gestational Carrier herself. She works diligently to produce content that makes her BFI team, surrogates, and the program intended parents proud and to bring awareness to the industry.  Click Here to Read Christine’s Story.

GC Intake Coordinator

Kelsey - Originally from Texas, now living her best life in Alabama, Kelsey is a successful Gestational Carrier who wants to share and advocate for surrogacy all over the nation! She excitedly joined the BFI to continue doing what she loves, helping women make miracles and building families through Surrogacy. As a busy Mom of two, she manages to find time for self-growth and is currently working towards becoming a Doula/Birth Coach!

Administrative Assistant

Cheryl - This lovely Southern California native is bringing the sunshine to Wisconsin these days! Cheryl's heart for helping families began long before her days at BFI. She and her ex-husband fostered seven children before adopting her daughter when she was just two days old. It was her daughter that brought her to our family in 2022 when she was hired to assist Lauryn in her role as our office manager. Though Lauryn has moved on to new endeavors, Cheryl, thankfully, loves us just as much as we love her and has opted to stay on in her Administrative Assistant role. Since retiring from her role as a grocery store manager, she is enjoying the free time to craft and spend time with her daughter. She brings so much laughter and brightness to our days and we couldn't be happier to have her on our team.
